Ingredients
- • 2 cups ground egusi (melon) seeds
- • 1/2 cup palm oil
- • 500g assorted beef and tripe, pre-boiled with stock
- • 200g smoked fish, deboned
- • 2 tbsp ground crayfish
- • 2 scotch bonnets, blended
- • 1 onion, chopped
- • 2 tbsp locust beans (iru)
- • 4 cups stock
- • 4 cups chopped spinach or ugu leaves
- • 2 stock cubes, salt to taste
