- • 3 tbsp ya cai (preserved mustard greens)
- • 3 tbsp Sichuan chili oil
- • 1 tbsp sesame paste
- • 2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
- • 2 tbsp light soy
- • 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorn, ground
- • Garlic, scallion
- • Peanuts, crushed
