  • 1.5 cups jasmine rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 lap cheong sausages, sliced
  • 2 chicken thighs, marinated in soy, oyster sauce, ginger
  • Sauce: 2 tbsp soy, 1 tbsp dark soy, 1 tsp sugar, sesame oil
  • Scallion
