  • 30g tapioca starch
  • 30g wheat starch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 700ml water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Sauce: 3 tbsp light soy, 1 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp water simmered briefly
  • Sesame paste and chilli oil to serve
