Smoky grilled goat meat tossed in fiery scotch bonnet, onion and bell pepper — the party plate of Ondo and the Yoruba west.

Ingredients
- • 1 kg goat meat with some skin, bone-in
- • 1 onion + 2 garlic cloves + thumb of ginger, blended
- • 2 stock cubes, 1 tsp curry, 1 tsp thyme, salt
- • 4 scotch bonnets + 2 red bell peppers, roughly chopped
- • 1 large onion, diced
- • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Method
